Engagements are structured around where you are in the process and what you need. There's no single template — we scope each engagement to your product, your timeline, and your retail targets. Some clients start at phase one with a concept. Others are mid-development and need sourcing or a retail strategy. We'll tell you honestly what structure makes the most sense.

Project-Based

A defined scope with clear deliverables per phase. You engage us for the phases you need — whether that's the full five-phase Spark Model from concept to launch, or a discrete engagement starting mid-process. Fees are scoped per Statement of Work with no hidden costs.

Option 02

Monthly Retainer

For brands that need consistent, ongoing access across strategy, development, and sourcing. Ideal for clients managing multiple SKUs, a continuous product pipeline, or an active retail relationship that requires regular attention.

Option 03

Sourcing Partnership

For select sourcing engagements where volume and structure allow, our fee can be embedded in the product cost rather than billed separately — reducing your upfront cash outlay. We'll tell you upfront if your engagement qualifies.
